Cultural Heritage
The cultural heritages bear to a remarkable extent historical and cultural value. At the same time they contribute to the empathy of the citizens. Therefore the listed ensembles of buildings should not only be preserved but also find a new, socially and economically sustainable use.

Conversion of a listed tram workshop in to a neighbourhood centre in Dortmund
01 Jan 2001In cooperation with an employment initiative, a private non-profit-making association rebuilt a listed tram workshop into a centre for arts and craft and thus created jobs for the neighbourhood.

Profane conversion of a church in Bielefeld-Bethel
01 Jan 2005After the end of the ecclesiastical use, the church was converted into amodern catering business. The architectural shape was maintained.

Child and youth centre in an industrial monument in Nürtingen
