The project was elaborated in 3 stages and 4 phases by an interdisciplinary team of specialists in the following fields: Civil Engineering, Urban Engineering, Urban planning and Regional Development, Spatial planning, Territorial Measurements and Cadastre, Geodesy, GIS, Databases, Statistics, Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.
