    This is the first study on the situation of the rental market in Spaincarried out by Ministry of Housing. The statistics with data up to November 2006will be part of the National Statistical Plan and include variables such as theprice, number of rentals and the type of housing and social and economicvariables such as tenant’s age, education and origin.
