The Citizen’s Charter Concerning the Planning System in Cyprus

Introduction
Explanation of the standard of services and the public’s rights within the context of the procedures and mechanisms prescribed by the Town Planning System in Cyprus. 
Description
The Citizen’s Charter is addressed to the public and is aimed at defining the standard of services which the Ministry of the Interior and the Department of Town Planning and Housing undertake to offer within the context of the procedures and mechanisms prescribed by the Planning System. It basically aims at providing the necessary information on the planning system, explaining how citizens can participate in making better informed planning decisions at various levels and specifying quality standards for services offered by various public agencies with respect to urban policy and spatial planning.
