4QC is the fourth conference in the series of conferences aimed at developing new methods should for sharing knowledge between the EU Member States on quality improvements of public sector. At the conferences best practice cases from all member states are presented. The best practice cases selected from the Member States are the core of the conference. The rest of the three day programme addresses the most current topics of public quality management.
