APaNGO symposium – Amsterdam, 24 January 2007
24-01-2007

Introduction
Urban renewal needs active input from inhabitants and other stakeholders in the neighbourhood. But how can this be accomplished? What are the experiences of the forerunners in practice? What are the renewed methodologies in this field? Come and find out more, share your experiences on 24 January during the interactive symposium “the neighbourhood has its say” in Amsterdam.
Description
The symposium is organised by the EU funded APaNGO programme. The APaNGO project aims to increase community involvement in regional planning across north western Europe by jointly planning, designing and implementing a network of resources and skills. APaNGO will enhance understanding and awareness of the importance of effective community engagement in planning.
