Energie-Cités organises its twelfth international conference. This year’s theme is: ‘Energy & Climate: communicating to change our behaviour’. According to the organisation “it is possible to change our behaviour, providing it goes hand in hand with comfort, imagination, local development, employment, citizenship, friendliness and social justice. Communication has a key role to play in influencing people to change their behaviour and encouraging them to take action.”
