municipality be best prepared to a disaster? How to care for the victims? How to
handle the media?

Speakers include the president of the European Forum of local and regional
disaster management Jan Mans; the mayor of the Ukrainian municipality of
Slavutych, Volodymir Udovychenko; the London Borough councilor responsible for
community safety Lord Tope; the director of the flood protection center in Köln,
and the director of the department Danger & Defence in Münster.
