ECAD conference: Fighting Drugs - From Different Angles – Istanbul, 14-15 May 2007 14-05-2007 Introduction European Cities Against Drugs (ECAD) promotes a drug free Europe and
representing millions of European citizens. ECAD member cities work to develop
initiatives and efforts against drug abuse supporting the United Nations
Conventions which oppose legalisation and promote policies to eradicate drug
abuse worldwide.
Description
Mayors from cities from 27 European cities are expected to participate in the
conference.
