Cities against Terrorism - final conference - Brussels, 10-11 September 2007 10-09-2007 Introduction The European Forum for Urban Safety and the Security Observatory organises
the final conference of the Cities against Terrorism (CAT) project. The event
will be an opportunity to share and analyse the experiences of cities dealing
with terrorism. New questions related to the role of local authorities in facing
terrorist threats will be addressed.

Some of the subjects that will be addressed during the conference are:
The Cities against Terrorism project is organised in the framework of
SecuCities. The conference will discuss the CAT project results worked out
during the four preceding local seminars, organised in:
In addition to the conclusions of the above local seminars, the conference
will disseminate the final report and the training guidelines for local
authorities.
