The Local Development Plan of Konskie Town and Commune for the years 2005-2013 is a key tool supporting management at the local self-government level. It indicates goals and directions of financing with national structural fund and own resources. The plan has been developed to create possibilities of gaining external financing from national funds, European Union structural funds, European Economic Area Financial Mechanism and The Norwegian Financial Mechanism. The Local Development Plan takes into account data included in the Environment Protection Plan, Economic Programme of the Town of Konskie Council for the years 2003-2006 and Multi-annual Investment Program for Konskie City and Commune for the years 2003-2006.
