Development Strategy of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship 2007-2020

Introduction

This document is essential for the voivodship so that the region could introduce the desired changes and rise to the challenges faced by the economy, society and space. The strategy will make it possible to maximise the absorption and effects of the allocation of the European and national funds.

Description

The Project of National Development Plan 2007-2013 includes a declaration of accustoming the system of regional development policy in Poland, in which subjects of these policy will be government and councils of regions, and regional effect of this development will be accumulated effect of regional policy of state and development policy of council of regions. Therefore, for modernization important guidelines of the regional development strategies are:

the project of National Development Plan 2007-2013;
project of National Regional Development Strategy 2007-2013;
chosen national sectorial strategies of development.

Strategy consists of diagnosis of condition of region with SWOT analysis, premises for project of strategy resulted from analysis of relative documents, preemptive areas of strategic operations as well as monitoring of strategy along with principles and instruments of its realization.
