Introduction
The document defines priorities within planned investment ventures and describes investment processes in long-term cycles as well as sets out directions and investment scope in the city of Bialystok, including city budget abilities in the years 2007-2013.
Description
The document is a database helpful for the elaboration and formulation of the task part of the city budget in particular years. It is also one of the elements of the application forms in the process of applying for the structural funds from the European Union. The document ensures the possibility of running analysis and permanent control of involved funds in the investment sphere in the long-term perspective in proportion to city financial abilities in the years 2007-2013 and it allows to select the most efficient financial sources for the investment ventures including non-returnable external funds.
Long-Term Investment Programme for the years 2007-2013 is also a substantial promotion material for the city presenting planned investment intention particularly in social and economic spheres of life in the year 2013 perspective.
