Introduction

The Plan analyzes the state of the Housing Pool in Cataluña and defines the actions that should be supported and prioritized.

Description

The Plan for the Rehabilitation of Housings in Cataluña is part of the more general Plan for the Right to Housing. It includes two basic lines of activity:

A programme for the study and evaluation of the housing pool, which collects the necessary information to coordinate the actions that should take place in the territory of Cataluña. The Plan involves a test of buildings, performed by members of the associations of architects or foreman builders, and a test of housings, filed by professionals of the General Direction of Housing.
A program for the rehabilitation of housings and residential buildings, which defines the actions that should be supported and prioritized, as well as the subsidies.
