Local Programme of Social Problems Solving for the years 2001-2005

Introduction

The Programme describes in details social problems occurring in the area of Pila as well as the ideas of solving these problems and the methods of prevention.

Description

City of Pila has a lot of advantages; nevertheless it confronts social problems such as: society aging, bad health condition of inhabitants, low career and spatial mobility and unemployment. The study points out the necessity of helping poor and disable people, guaranteeing dignity of life to aged people, multi-children and incomplete families as well as orphans, prisoners and children from pathologic families. The elaborated programme determines activities aiming in supporting families (the main objective is marinalization prevention, particularly in multi-children families), disabled and aged people and their families as well as aid for homeless people and their families. In each activity area particular goals, addressee of activities, tasks, expected effects and summary are described.
