In the aftermath of signing on 18th of December 2003 Joint Inclusion Memorandum, Poland has been obligated to prepare National Action Plan on Social Inclusion. Moreover this plan is an element of Lisbon Strategy execution. In order to ensure the comparability with other EU-members and to make easier exchange of experiences and best practices, Uniform Draft has been used. This is a collection of recommendation how to write such a document. This recommendation suggested composition and contents individual chapters, as early as most importand trends and challenges (economic background of social integration), through main goals, trends and instruments of social policy, institutional solutions (engagement of various social-partners, e.g. organizations and local government) as well as examples of best practices in field of social inclusion. To this end a competition “example of best practice” was organized.
