Social policy is an important subject on the agenda of many local governments in Europe. The European Union also plays a crucial role in the social area. This guide, published by the National Union of social and welfare centres in France (UNCCAS) sheds light on the tools and prospects for the development of social action in Europe from 2007-2013.
