The study presents possible ideas of overlie the demand of the heat, electric energy and gas fuels as well as variant proposals of overlie the demand on energetic carriers with the economic effectiveness evaluation and their impact on the environment. The draft includes an agreement with the Voievode Chairman concerning conformity of the draft with the State energetic policy.
