Environment Protection Programme for the commune of Pila for the years 2005-2012
Introduction
Environment Protection Programme is a basic document of municipal policy in the field of environment protection.
Description
The environment protection programme for the commune of Pila for the years 2005-2012 is based on the guidelines comprised in the State Ecological Policy and the Environment Protection Law. The Programme is consistent with the records from the City of Pila Development Strategy for the years 2005-2015 and with the Environment Protection Programme for the county of Pila and county communes. The Environmental Protection Programme comprises operating plan, which describes intended expenses with financing source, and monitoring rules of the programme implementation. In the study objectives and directions are divided into 3 groups:
- system issues - the commune development in the context of environment protection, ecological education, inspiring the market to activities aiming in the environment protection
- environment quality and ecological safety improvements - water supplies (in which protection agains the flood), atmosphere, noise, electromagnetic fields, serious breakdowns
- nature heritage protection and rationale use of natural resources - nature, landscape, woods, soil, and mineral resources.
