The Document describes objectives and activities of revitalization policy of the city of Bialystok in the selected area in the years 2005-2013

Description

The document includes integrated social and economic, spatial and functional revitalization programme of degradated area situated in the centre of the city of Bialystok. Characteristic feature of the area is low public infrastructure quality, intensification of social pathology and functional and spatial degradation of the area. The document has been based on other strategic documents of the city of Bialystok as well as on source data and analysis prepared in the process of the document elaboration by the particular City Hall departments.
