The Local Revitalisation Program of Piotrkow Trybulski for the years 2004 – 2013 was approved with the resolution of the City Council of 6 October 2004. The document defines directions of revitalisation activities. The document presents the area chosen for the revitalization basing on the distribution of: poverty, education services access, unemployment and crime level (an auxiliary criteria of buildings and housing stock depreciation has been used). The document specifies in details activities that will be undertaken in the area in the years 2004 – 2006 and sets up directions of activities in the years 2007 – 2013. The programme includes not only intentions of the municipal authorities of Piotrkow Trybunalski but also indicates fields of activities for private partners willing to involve in the programme execution.
