Aversa laboratory of urban education. the young people, vectors of positiveness - Aversa, IT.
Introduction
The main aim of the programme Urban Italia is urban regeneration trough relaunching services for social education and trough the renewal of the big empty housings situated in the historical centre of the city and that at this moment it is impossible to achieve.
Description
At this programme participate many different public and private partners as like as Ministry of infrastructures and transports, Diocese of Aversa, Region Campania, University of Naples, University of Florence, Budapest University Tecnology BME, “l'Ecole d'Architecture La Villette” and the University of Paris “Luigi XIII”.
The aim of the programme is to reach urban quality not just building, but reorganizing social economy, communication and social education trough material and immaterial actions such as:
immaterial
  • raising of the level of information and social sensibility
  • creation of innovative structures for the formation
  • constitution of a society for the territorial marketing
  • attainment of a satisfactory social safety degree
  • creation of a diffused fabric of micro-enterprises
material
  • measures for the sustainable rehabilitate of the patrimony of the building fabric
  • incentives to the activities to high technological and innovative content
  • the renewal of the open spaces and of “Via Roma”, a very important road axis of the city
  • strategic recovery of some housings situated in strategic part of the city: the former slaughterhouse, the Complex of “La Maddalena” (the former psychiatric hospital).
