Hous-Es – Thematic Network on Management and Renewal of Large Housing Estates
Introduction
The thematic URBACT network Hous-Es exchanges information on the issue of large housing estate redevelopment.
Description
The main objective of Hous-Es Network is to trigger necessary changes in local, national and European policy on housing, spatial planning, architectural strategy and town planning. In order to achieve this the network will exchange experience with European cities and institutions.

Objectives
Hous-Es will particularly emphasize real urban regeneration projects with the course on improved public space, social inclusion, new jobs, activation of local communities and in effect on better living conditions and higher quality of life in cities.
EU involvement
Hous-Es is a thematic network in the context of the URBACT Programme.
