Introduction
Sets out a proposal for a Business Improvement District (BID) in the London Bridge district.

Explains that a BID is a precisely defined geographical area of a town, city or other commercial district, where business ratepayers have voted to make a contribution towards beneficial local environmental projects and services, additional to those already provided by statutory agencies.
