Metrolab, Metropolisation and territorial dynamics - FR

Introduction
Metrolab is an online database devoted to the study of metropolisation and territorial dynamics.
Description
The Metrolab network groups together French speaking universities and research centres which seek to develop and distribute French language information and studies in the area of metropolisation, in its broadest sense. The network joins together existing databases and allows researchers, students and professors to put lecture notes, reports, studies (not published elsewhere) online.
The site has several functions:
  • several functionally integrated bibliographical databases;
  • a research and study database;
  • the possibility of creating virtual workspaces on the site to generate research projects integrating numerous partners;
  • a look at the last academic works, this site allowing reference of published works, upcoming conferences, calls for papers, invitations to tenders.
