Since the end of World War 2 there is a simple need for cooperating city planning, one of the opportunities is in this text shown, the city in dialogue. There are formal measures as informal rules one must look at. The European and the Hungarian Law is also giving frame to the city’s dialogues. In the developed countries there are a number of experiences in this practical issue. There are of course many criteria and preconditions to achieve this participation. In Hungary there are many things to learn.

The City in Dialogue - avareness raising campaigne & public participation project with the participation of the European Union and the European Academy of Urban Environment gave many answers how to reach these goals on local and also on global level.
