Policy for the reduction of urban air pollution: mitigation of car traffic congestion and transfer of goods transport to off-peak periods - HU

Introduction
The assay analyzes the opportunities to reduction the air pollution by the city traffic, through the reduction of the city transit, stoppage the incapacitation, and through the smoother distribution of the demands.
Description
The research presents first the important general correspondences of the city traffic caused air-pollution, and estimates the nowadays evolved situation. Afterwards it analyzes the opportunities of the reduction of car traffic, the city traffic, and the environmental pollution, and it’s European routine.
It handles separate the car-free cities, the mobility expansion, the city logistics, the modal-split, the German mobility programs, and separate the results and problems of the Nottingham Clean Downtown Program.
Furthermore it presents an overall assessment about the domestic situations and problems, their optional solutions and conditionals. It formulates by the assessment recommendations about the in near future necessary assignments of the domestic solutions.
Conclusions
The research brought important results from two aspects. On the one hand it gives an overview to the decision-makers of the problem-state from international and domestic point of view (no domestic result yet), the possible solutions and its conditions. It determines that critical level has been reached in some cities in our country, though it is not important neither the infrastructural background nor the escorts for the resources exists for the solution.
Furthermore some kind of solutions without proper preparing can come up against social resistance. On the other hand the research pointed the following 2-3 year's tasks to be defined, which is the grounding of the technical -scientific- decision-preparing and one of the low-budget sample project fitted to the country’s economical contingency.
